Small bug fixes and Card tanks html port

This is the first Card tanks devlog, yay I guess.

I got 2 bugs fixed: The first one was one that didn't allow you to pass trough dead tanks explosions. This bug was especially annoying when you were in the middle of a ton of enemies and there was little to no way to escape after killing one. The other bug also happened with the enemies' explosions, but in this one the dead tanks were still able to fire a bullet if the player took to long to shoot them and they were looking at the player. The bullet they shot was an explosion animation that was able to damage and kill the player.

And to end this devlog with the best part, I got an HTML build to work on itch! You can now try the game on the website before installing in any device, including PC. You can control the cards on pc using the 123 keys on the keyboard(numpad also works) or the ASD, if you prefer. The HTML build has worse quality than the actual game, so expect some quality imperfections, especially on the menu text.
